The DNO, (District Network Operator) Western Power, SSE who ever it is in your area can only support the total exported power of 3.68 per single phase.
Its like having a car that has 5 gears to go forwards but only 1 gear to go backwards.
The power supply coming in to a property is much larger than what goes out of the property.
If you apply for a network upgrade to 3 phase you will have to pay for it and it’s all dependant with the DNO for the price.
You can apply for larger than 3.68kWp but again, this depends on the DNO and what the network can take back on to the grid.
